I bought FormMax but I have changed my Email address and also I changed my laptop. Can I download a fresh version of FormMax without having to buy it again?

Whenever you buy a license key for a product with an email address, to use that application you also need to use the address to log in/register. If you still want to use this application with your new email address, I recommend that you send an email to the developer from your registered email address and tell him about this change.
We are evaluating FormMax for our organization and we have a question. Does this software export the data into Excel as required?

This software does not have an option which you can use to export data into XLS format. Also, the files that you create with it cannot be opened in Microsoft Excel.
